Ron Harnden is a senior member, one of the eight founding members of TWG and is a well-respected business law and real estate attorney in Kansas. Ron has regularly represented clients in nearly every aspect of real estate law, including purchases, sales, exchanges, leases, financing, construction and development of real estate; with regard to very substantial acquisitions and sales of businesses; in negotiating and preparing documentation for complex transactions; and otherwise by advising clients on many topics concerning their businesses and personal affairs. Ron is known for his strong work ethic which has not diminished over the years and his tenacious representation of the interests of his clients, but also as a “dealmaker” and certainly not as a “dealbreaker.” In recognition of his work over the years Ron has been selected for inclusion in several noteworthy publications shown below under the heading Honors, Affiliations and Professional Memberships. Ron and his wife have three adult children and two of the best grandchildren they could ever hope to have. When not working, Ron plays tennis and a little golf, and particularly enjoys watching the Shocker’s and Jayhawk’s basketball teams and other sports teams.
