Jeff Dahlgren practices primarily in the areas of real estate and commercial/transactional law. Recently, a significant portion of his practice has been dedicated to representing national clients in many significant retail, restaurant, office and industrial leasing transactions, from both the landlord and tenant side. He has also represented many clients in a variety of complex real estate acquisitions, divestitures and financing matters. Mr. Dahlgren regularly advises business clients on a variety of day-to-day contract matters and frequently represents clients in both the acquisition and sale of businesses.
Mr. Dahlgren was born in Ortonville, Minnesota, but did most of his growing up in Fort Collins, Colorado. He graduated with honors from Colorado State University in 1989 with a B.S. in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance. He obtained his law degree from the University of Kansas in 1993 and, while at KU, served as an Articles Editor on the Kansas Law Review. After graduating law school, Mr. Dahlgren served two years as a judicial clerk to the Honorable John K. Pearson of the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Kansas. He joined Triplett, Woolf & Garretson following his clerkship and has been with the firm ever since.
