ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT

TWG regularly advises local government on the various tax incentives and financing tools available to communities that desire to construct new infrastructure, strengthen local industry or support economic development. The lawyers of TWG regularly advise on neighborhood revitalization districts, tax increment finance districts, community improvement districts, special assessment districts, constitutional tax exemptions, industrial revenue bond projects and all manner of community and municipal incentives and economic development. The lawyers of TWG represent both government and industry seeking growth. The lawyers of TWG have presented at training seminars for Kansas municipal officers and have also advised on numerous methods of economic development to the City Clerks’ and Municipal Finance Officers’ Association seminars.
